WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

All RawHomeArtistry prints are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner. Wherever possible, your order is produced by a print facility close to your delivery location, helping to reduce delivery times and unnecessary shipping distance.

Our unframed prints are carefully packaged in protective flat or tube packaging, depending on the size and destination. Framed prints are securely packaged to help protect the frame and artwork during transit.

Because every order is custom-made after purchase, production times can vary slightly depending on the product, size, frame option, delivery country and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates include both production and shipping, and final estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout where available.

Estimated production and delivery times

As a general guide, please allow:

Unframed prints:
Approx. 3-7 business days

Framed prints:
Approx. 5-10 business days

International or remote destinations:
Approx. 7-15 business days

For urgent orders, please get in touch before placing your order and I’ll do my best to advise.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra business days, as courier delays can occasionally happen.


RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your RawHomeArtistry print, so please contact me if there’s an issue with your order.

Because every print is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective or there has been an issue with the order.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Please also double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Unfortunately, I’m unable to refund or resend orders that are lost due to incorrect delivery details being entered at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged packaging and product to:

Once reviewed, I’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate at no extra cost.
